Description
A foam roller is the simplest recovery tool there is, and the Grid Foam Roller is the one we would keep if we could only have one - firm enough to feel, light enough to carry, and textured so every roll does a little more.
The rigid hollow core keeps its shape session after session, while the outer layer of closed-cell EVA foam is moulded into three zones: raised flat blocks, narrower ridges and smooth channels. Roll slowly over quads, calves, glutes and upper back as part of your warm-up or cool-down, and lean into the textured zones when you want more feedback. Choose the 33 cm for travel and targeted work, or the 45 cm for more stability when rolling your back.

Care: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators so the foam keeps its firmness.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
