Description
The 10-Loop Stretching Strap gives you somewhere to hold at every point of a stretch. Instead of wrapping a towel around your foot and hoping it stays, you simply move your hands one loop closer as you ease into the position.
The strap is woven from thick, non-elastic cotton, so it holds a steady length rather than springing back, and each of the ten loops is box-stitched for strength. Use it lying down for hamstring stretches, seated for a forward fold, or overhead for shoulder mobility. At 183 cm long it suits most heights, and it coils into a small bundle that fits inside a hollow foam roller.
- 10 box-stitched loops for graduated hand positions
- Thick non-elastic woven cotton
- 183 cm long, 4 cm wide
- Folds small enough to fit inside a foam roller

Care: hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Check the stitching regularly and stop using the strap if a loop shows wear.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
