Description
The Contour Muscle Roller Stick puts you in control of the pressure. Hold a handle in each hand and roll it along your calves, quads, hamstrings or forearms - no getting down on the floor, no balancing act.
Nine sage-green rollers spin independently on a flexible nylon core, so the stick follows the shape of your leg rather than skating over it. Each roller has shallow ridges for a little more texture, and the graphite foam handles stay comfortable even with sweaty hands. At 45 cm it fits in most kit bags, making it a favourite with runners, walkers and anyone who wants a quick roll before or after a session.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
