Description
Blocks bring the floor closer. Whether you are easing into a lunge, supporting a seated stretch or building a steadier balance pose, the Cork Yoga Blocks give you a firm, reliable surface exactly where you need it.
Each block is pressed from natural cork granules, which makes it heavier and more stable than foam, with a surface that stays grippy even when your hands are warm. The edges are softly rounded for comfort under hands, hips and knees. Use them flat, on their side or upright to set three different heights, and use them as a pair for symmetrical support in lunges and forward folds.
- Pair of two blocks, 23 x 15 x 7.5 cm each
- Dense natural cork - firm, stable and non-slip
- Softly rounded edges
- Three working heights: 7.5, 15 and 23 cm
| Dimensions | 23 x 15 x 7.5 cm per block |

Care: wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let air dry; do not soak. Cork is a natural material, so small variations in grain and tone are normal and the surface softens slightly with use.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
