1. What are cookies?

2. How we ask for consent

We use a cookie banner provided by Pandectes. It is shown to every visitor on their first visit, and no non-essential cookies are set until you make a choice. You can accept all cookies or decline all non-essential cookies; strictly necessary cookies always stay active.

3. The cookie categories we use

Strictly necessary cookies (always active) - needed for the website to work, for example your shopping cart, secure checkout, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choices. Examples: cart, secure_customer_sig, localization, _tracking_consent, keep_alive (Shopify) and _pandectes_gdpr (Pandectes, stores your consent).
Functional cookies - enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering recently viewed products. Set only with your consent.
Performance cookies - help us count visits and understand how the site is used, for example Shopify analytics cookies such as _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _orig_referrer and _landing_page. Set only with your consent.
Targeting cookies - would be used by advertising partners to show relevant adverts. We do not currently use any advertising or social-media tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel); if we introduce them in future, they will only be set with your consent.

4. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choices at any time: click the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page or the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.

5. Third-party cookies

Our checkout and payment providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies to process your payment securely. Our order tracking page is provided by ParcelPanel.
