Description
If latex loops roll up your legs mid-set, these are the fix. The Fabric Hip Bands are wide, knitted and lined with a non-slip grip strip, so they stay exactly where you put them through squats, bridges and lateral walks.
Each band is knitted from a soft cotton-polyester blend with an elastic core, which means it feels comfortable on bare skin and leggings alike and will not pinch or snap. The set covers three resistance levels - sage (light), grey (medium) and graphite (firm) - so you can progress over time or switch bands between exercises. They wash easily and fold flat into any bag.

Care: hand wash or machine wash cold at 30 degrees in a laundry bag, then air dry flat. Do not tumble dry or iron. The grip strip contains latex.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
