Two small balls that reach the places a foam roller cannot. The Peanut & Single Massage Ball Set is our go-to for feet after a long day standing, for glutes after a run and for the upper back after hours at a desk.
Both balls are made from firm, food-grade silicone with a smooth matte finish that grips the floor or wall without catching on clothing. The peanut ball has two lobes with a channel between them, so it sits either side of the spine or along the calf, while the single ball is the right size to roll under your foot or lean into against a wall. Everything packs into the mesh drawstring bag, so the set lives happily in a gym bag or suitcase.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
