A mat that is thick enough for knees and hips on hard floors, grippy enough for a flowing session, and light enough to carry to class. The Grip 6 mm TPE Yoga Mat is the base for everything else in our Stretch & Mobility range.
The mat is made from two bonded layers of TPE - sage on top, graphite underneath - with a fine texture on both sides so it stays put on wooden floors and gives your hands and feet something to hold. At 6 mm it cushions stretching, Pilates and floor work without feeling spongy under standing poses. It rolls up tightly, weighs about 1.1 kg and comes with a graphite carry strap.

Care: wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap after use and let it air dry before rolling. Keep out of direct sunlight. A light, neutral scent at first unrolling fades within a few days.

Care & Safety
Wipe products clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry before storing; never submerge a massage gun. Use massage tools on soft muscle tissue only - not on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints or broken skin - and keep to one or two minutes per area. Check resistance bands for nicks before each use; latex bands and the grip strip in our fabric bands are not suitable for people with a latex allergy. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical devices.
